Hi Narin,

Theoretically you can use an antibody that is listed for ICC/IF for flow cytometry and it should work although you will have to probably titer the antibody for use in flow. Generally you use less antibody for flow compared to ICC/IF. I have done it and it has worked. If you can find an antibody for ICC/IF that is directly conjugated to a fluorophore you will save some work by not having to titer a conjugated secondary. Hope this is helpful!

I didn't do it with ASL abs. It was a totally different ab. The amount for ICC/IF was listed in the data sheet 1:400 and I ended up titering it down to around 1:2000 to get it to work for flow. The higher concentrations of ab gave too much non-specific background.
