i want to know about detail of this technique.how with Pyrene can assay dynamic of membrane and what is monomer emission and excimer emission?

Pyrene forms excimers when 2 or more molecules are close enough. The emission of Py and Py-Py* it's different in shape and position (Wavelenghts can be easily found online). What you need to know is that if the membrane is fluid, then the molecules are not so close together, then the emission changes.
