I am studing the ultrastructural interface between one biotrophic fungi and their plant host. I made transmission electron microcopy and I saw a physical interaction between the intracellular hyphae and host nucleus.
I would like to get more information about some papers that shows (Figures) of the ultrastructural of Biotrophical Interfacial Complex (BIC).
Does anybody know if the fungus could build a bridge to release the vesicles within the host nucleous? What about BIC?
There is the possibility of BIC being physically connect with host nucleous?
