Staining immune cells in mouse tissue is turning out very difficult, I´ve already tried rat anti-CD45 from BD Pharmingen and the rabbit antihuman from DB Bioscience. Thank you!

I think you are using the wrong antibodies. Make sure you are using antibodies that cross react to mouse CD45. Also are your antibodies conjugated to a fluorochrome? Or are you using a secondary antibody? I suggest you contact BD pharmingen to make sure you are using the right antibody and using the right staining conditions. Also what tissue are you looking at? Do you have a positive control such as spleen.
