I am looking for full text of this paper from 1961. It was published in
Journal of Ultrastructure Research. I would be very happy if somebody could share it with me. It is actually quite important for our research. We are looking for all the information about a staining of epoxy sections for light microscopy.

we are preparing manuscript and staining of epoxy sections is one of the methods used in our experiments. We are using rat´s peripheral nerves for monitoring of the neuroregeneration. Nerves are embedded into durcupan, and semithin sections are stained with toluidine blue. We are trying different protocols for staining to obtain the best results, so more informations the better.
Dear Monica, thank you for your informative reply....so you might have found out that there are several other [better*] possibilities to stain peripheral nerve cross-sections cut from durcupan-embedded specimen block...(:-))... I have plenty of recipes & protocols....and could (at least) help with some images out of my long professional (diagnostic) LM-EM-TEM-work also of diseases peripheral nerve sections (e.g. N. suralis...., skin, muscle...,cf. my "publications"....= ppt-, poster- presentations etc. in my Profile/Contributions )
