RNA extraction from Rice root samples that are ground before and stored in -80 degree.
Does anybody have experience about extracting RNA from plant samples (e.g. roots that are ground and stored at -80 degree? If you do, how is the RNA integrity and yield? Thank you.

You can just use Trizol Method simply. or any other RNA extraction Kit available from Promega or Sigma company.
If you cann't extract RNA then use the following protocol as an attachment
