I know many antibody clones for Mus do NOT react with Apodemus because of the amino acid divergence of surface markers. I've identified a few possible candidates from immuno-histology. But wondered if there is anyone doing flow/immunology with wood mice who has information on antibodies that do cross react?

Unfortunately most antibodies produced commercially are aimed at mainstream animal models and human markers ($$$).
The best advice I have is to acquire free samples (from colleagues or eager salespersons) and try on your samples.
I would imagine many antibodies for mus would cross-react, since it seems to me they are pretty related and many immune CD markers are pretty conserved.
Another advice which may help, look for antibodies with published cross species reactivity (human, mouse, rat etc’) this should give a better chance of cross-reaction with your wood mouse as well.
