I am now working on the localization of flagellum in Pseudomonas aeruginosa. I need to construct a fluorescence fusion protein. It is better to have CFP or YFP in a shuttle vector. I appreciate it if anyone could help.
Check out addgene.com you can order many plasmids (including plasmids suitable for the construction of fusion proteins) for a very reasonable price over there (± 65 $ if I am not mistaken)
Most E.coli plasmids should function just fine in P.a.
