Does anybody have a protocol to share on reducing or eliminating autofluorescence in frozen tissues?

We are trying to label T cells in tissues with fluorescently-tagged antibody and find very high autofluorescence background present in tissues such as spleen. We used acetone to fix the frozen tissues.
