I hope you don't have any Bearings in your model. One possibility of differences is stiffness of the connection. Depending on what you use to model the connections between parts there will be differences- For e.g.

By the way does the shift occur only in High frequency range or everywhere?

Thanks for the answer. I do not have any bearing in my model. I have 3 parts; stator core, winding (inside the stator slot) and end windings. Stator core and winding are connected with tie constraint (in Abaqus). This effects the stiffness.

Stator and winding are like together, and end windings and windings are also together (merged parts). But still stator core and end windings do not move exactly same direction. I think there is relative movement of these 2 parts (or I confuse!).

I interested 1500-5000 Hz. Especially lower frequency (1500-200 hz), i have problems.

Should i try to change constraints or try Coupling instead of tie?

Looks like you have few parts that too merged.

During model update have you made sure to apply relevant density to match the real mass of each part separately?

What are the boundary conditions- Free-Free or Fixed in some points. Do they match with the EMA

FEM Density match real one. in EMA, I have B.C (use some springs) but in Abaqus, it is free free B.C.

and I have two parts stator core and merged winding-end winding. stator core has tie contraint with slot windings.
