If M4a and M4b are biased in a consatnt current source then they will act as emitter follower. When one applies equal differential input signals at M2 a and M2b then they will cancel at the drains of M4a andb.

This means that the short can be considered virtual ac ground.

Dear @abdelhalim zekry thanks alot for your reply. I think the same as you sir and have made a small signal model for it.

And I hope the same goes for M5A-B too as their Drains are also shorted so we can assume that as AC ground.

I'm attaching my small signal model for it. Kindly see if I'm doing anything wrong. Ignore channel length modulation.
