Does a private blockchain network have all the benefits of a public one?

whether the private blockchain network also contains all the benefits which the public network has..

Not all the benefits mam..May be we can say the positives like most of the private blockchain in computer networks will work with lower costs and faster speeds than a public blockchain can offer.
