I would like to use MiroGraph software to analyze mitochondria's structure in fluorescence picture (stainde with mitoTracker) but it seems that this software is very unstable or it is not working on Windows system. I didn't find any version dedicated to it. Is it possible to get some update or fix allowing to use it on Windows? If not do you know any similar program or patch? I tried to use some macros in ImageJ (based on angiogenesis analyzer) but results are not satisfying.

As of now, the software can only be applied in MacOS or Linux based systems and not in Windows. Although a colleague of mine and myself have requested the authors to upload a version (on GitHub) that is compatible with Windows system. You can see the updates on the same in the link below:

If you want to image cells where the mitochondrial network is not as dense (such as MEFs) and where you think quantifying 2D max intensity projections would be good enough (MitoGraph works on 3D images, hence better) you can use the MiNA tool explained in the publication below:

It is an ImageJ Macro and relatively simple to use.
