In my questionnaire survey, pupils aged 8 tended to answer more positively in most of the questions than pupils aged 12. It explored pupils' views on the value of discourse and the use of the Interactive Whiteboard during Maths, as learning strengtheners.
I'm not aware of any studies that really look at this. I do work with middle and high school data sets and have not noticed this trend for anrything I have dealt with either.

according to my experiences younger pupils tend to positive answer when the research subject is interest or favorite for them please remember this subject is most experimental .

I have also noticed that immigrants answer more positively to feefback surveys. And if you would like to good feedback as a teacher, you can teach immigrant groups.

Dear Juha, it is a great idea to compare immigrants responses, in addition to age comparisons amongst pupils. That would be a really interesting survey.
