Maybe just define and explain more what you mean by career adaptability.
I would think that if the aspirant entrepreneur struggles to adapt to his career, he may struggle to be an entrepreneur too, as entrepreneurship is much about adaptability.
At the same time if adapting to career means struggling to fit in, it can be a good sign. Good entrepreneurs typically struggle to fit in because they go against the status quo and challenge it.
In my opinion career adaptability somehow means stationary condition in which little or may be no change can take place. However entrepreneurship is a concept which originate from thinking beyond border and structure. therefore i think career adaptability does not have any impacts on entrepreneurship intention.
Ade Ilmi - It would be interesting to see how the dimensions of each are correlated. What are the parts of career adaptability and entrepreneurial intention that might be most affected/connected by/to each other?
