I couldn't possibly agree any more. As an employer, I see people at more advanced ages with the social and emotional skills of adolescents. This is not only detrimental to a business but even more so for the individuals opportunities for success. I spend more of my time on individual and leader development than I do with corporate strategy. Imagine what could be accomplished if resources could be redirected.
What I think is that in this era social and emotional learning is need of the time and it is utmost important for all of us to regain power of thinking.
