Do you think that the absolute time for light to travel exactly one mile should emerge from an ultimate theory?

I actually think on the one hand that it is possible to determine this absolute time and on the other hand that it is this absolute time that will justify or not the value of CODATA c=299792.458 m/sec. For me c=299792.375 m/sec from Arne BERJHAMMAR is more accurate.

The Anglo-Saxon system uses the terrestrial mile as a unit of measurement for distance. My fundamental physics theory based on theoretical constants proves that this choice is ideal because this said metric system is directly related to the speed of light in a vacuum where 1mile = c x t. Once one provided the theoretical value of the time it takes for light to travel a distance of one mile on one side and the theoretical value of the speed of light on the other, their product gives the exact value of the mile . Our theory states that 1.609344 is precise but it is not the exact value! To the right of these decimal digits there are still an infinity of other decimal digits which means that in the end the value of the mile must be a numerical ratio which begins with 1.609344.........
