I think Project management and business analysis are two different things. Business analysis may be a part of Project management. So we cannot compare both certification.

Speaking as somone who has the PMP credential, in my experience PMP is better known by those inside and outside of direct project management. Maybe not a good justification, but if you want credit for your qualification it would be better to get one that is better recognised. However, just because they recognise the qualification does not mean you will, necessarily, get any extra credit for it.
I depends on your goals. A PMP won't help you with business analysis and I am also not sure about CBA being a business analysis certification, either. If you look for the international gold standard for business analysis take a look at IIBA's certifications (https://www.iiba.org).
