Mostly it takes a lot time 1 year above to have paper accepted in a good impact factor journal with impact points. How much time do you spend to write it?
I don't think there is a relation between the time spent writing the paper and the time it takes to have it accepted.
A paper could take several weeks or even months to be written and be accepted in a couple of weeks, but the reverse is also true. It strongly depends on the quality of the paper (first and foremost), the editors of the journal where you submit it and, last but not least, the attitude of the referees.

some journals pay a budget to reviewer, so the reviewer answer to editor quickly.
