Online education would call normal education but it does not replace it. But teachers' use of getting to know online tools improves their teaching skills.

I believe that when the pandemic ends, soon I hope, more people will be more familiar with online teaching.

They will have deeper idea about its potential, they will be more confident in dealing with its challenges. They will be generally more familiar with it. So yes, I believe it will be applied more.

But I believe that real, face to face education will be totally abolished. It will be used again a lot.

Yes, online education will be a stronger 'trend' in post-pandemic education compared to what it was prior to the pandemic.

Hello thank’s for the question. Here are some thoughts I’d like to share on transmitting knowledge in visio conference. The new way of teaching was the one we created before any pandemic. It gives the opportunity however to put back into questions “what” knowledge it is about and “how” we teach as transmitters. We may consider what’s“the average knowledge at the Anthropocene era ”as a central question, never mind the “frame” we look for. And there are several points to question. Not about the existential crisis it may undertake, but to acknowledge the fact that there are different ways to teach, to transmit “le savoir”, “la connaissance”with digital meetings. I just draw 3 facts :

1. The ontological oxymoron presence vs absence : it should or may not affect apprentice and knowledge : in terms of psychology, emotion leads to expressive phases affecting the self (either +/-). Network assistance provides a channel for exclusive communication. While the subject “eco environment” looks as a personal intimate space and spot in the visio conference, it may secure the participant in freeing knowledge, as a know-how, with more confidence. Sometimes we would think that emotion is “disturbance” with regard to how we receive information. At home, alone or without your co-students as co-participants to the meeting, “disturbance” might all depend on you. So, it can’t be wrong to increase concentration and get to the point, it is a fact,

The complex of “distanciation” : No repulsion of physical sort, but a closer exchange with the person you talk to : the specific relationship between you, the community and the person in the middle : the relationship with the student who speaks, performs music and videos, the contact with his “hyper-environment”: a screen shared as the image of his virtual desk ; at home side, he gets the entire attention when we listen to him, such as he was on TV stage to share his “knowledge. It is also a collective performance, since you can easily follow the person and its actions in front of a screen, the voice is always coming from anywhere, such as music, and you feel closer to reality that when you teach traditionally, far away in a back office with spiderwebs. It was another fact,

3. Finally, the better technology the better analysis. The hole chain – computer/Ph, networking, voice, video, image and sound is a multimedia “hyper-object”. It drives all medias to an artificial world, be it intelligent. And for a teacher it pays back, you stage yourself as an actor with a plus value, the class recording allows self-analysis too. But, as art is contained in artificial, it also has the power of an artificial brain producing artistic design. Art gives imagination to design, we conceive and build for an active use : on one side, a passive one, on the other side, an active one, a “work of art” is a “work of design.”

You share multiple virtual room and understand that they all look like. But most important is the place you take by expressing yourself without to have to see anybody. Multimedia is multisensorial, and it gives many tools, such as exploring how and what we transmit, the data invested into our machine learning process and capitalization of artificiality, a world weighing the price of its gadgets. That’s the third point.

Therefore visio conference might put us in a loop, we all new life as a video game, you bet : how knowledge is better transmitted throughout networking ! But what is virtual knowledge ?

Combining online and offline education system together we can build a greater education system for the future generation.
