CDC provided guidance to the public "Wash hand, disinfect surfaces, cover sneezing" ever since the outbreak of COVID-19. I get a strong sense this guidance is for contact transmitted disease such as pink eyes! It is a wrong guidance for COVID-19 because COVID-19 is a respiratory infectious disease spreading by viral carrying salivary micro-particles in the air. In my opinion, the chance getting infected from the virus carrying aerosol in the air is 100 times high than the virus landed on the surface. If I wear a full face respirator all the time except alone and take a bath after taking off my respirator, I will not be infected! I can go to work or school normally. What is your option, please challenge me how could I get infected?
I can Challenge CDC by meeting with COVID-19 patient who can talk without face mask. I wear a full face respirator, CDC wear rubber gloves; let's see who will be infected!

I believe that wearing protective screens and masks (with adequate pore size) are adequate to prevent people from breathing in saliva drops that are often imperceptible to the human eye. Avoiding crowds of people is important to avoid cotagio. So, the guidelines given in the sense are correct, but it is the people who must take preventive measures.
