No, I cannot observe behavioral changes, concerning ecology; people try to comply with 'the virus rules' in public, but the materialist consumer society is still the leading global and local value system, i.e. the linear economy dominates in the whole world. I think peoples behave will remain changed for a while and again will be bounced back to its previous state until another disaster erupts. Human instinct is like that.

It's true that lockdown in various countries have positive impact on environment and various recent articles have dealt this topic. It is the restrictions imposed by government during this pandemic time that lead to this change imo. However, I don't think there is a significant change in behavioural attitude of humans towards environment.

In Africa Covid 19 may not bring any change in environmental behavoiur change to population health due to its assoiated low virulence , with marked rambat corruption on Covid grants meant to provide PPEs for prevention and control, by MOH stakeholders. COVID-19 will definitely lead us to a new behavior towards the environment. We have witnessed a positive change in our environment, less pollution and ozone layer recovery. As far as pollution is concerned, the world should now seriously focus on looking for alternative sources of fuels for transport, aviation and industries. This could potentially reduce the pollution once the activities of mankind on earth fully resume.
