Scopus, like other indexing databases, includes high and lower impact journals. Most scientific journals accept original papers for publication. The impact of a journal is caused by several conditions, such as the timeliness of the subjects covered, the reputation of the authors, and publishers, , and more.
Thank you Dr Derek Pyne for your useful informations, i mean Some Scopus journals accept research classified by some experts (in field of course) that it is not an valuable!! so i want to know what is a scale of accreditation adopted by Scopus in the acceptance of the research.
Elsevier or Scopus has brand value. However, don't accept the brand value synonymous to quality! Along with 'Citescore' ,which Elsevier provides, have a look at the Impact factor too before sending papers.
Thank you Dr. C George Thomas for your information, i understand from your opinion that Impact factor is important more than cite score for Scopas journals.
