We are performing analyses of the genomes of source organisms to transfer the codon frequencies to the target host organism for the realizing an improving of expression. For this we are applying our proprietary software EvoMAG which was realized during two BMBF funded projects for PKS/NRPS gene cluster design and syntheses. Our biggest project was the Epothilone gene cluster of 65 kb in collaboration.

Hi Kenneth, shame on me I was not frequently working with Research Gate and just now when we were cited by a co-worker of Ginkgo Bioworks in Bostion I looked to the profile again - now convinced to intensify our work with this platform. ATG:biosynthetics is still very active in very interesting fields of epitope mapping on bacterial and viral sufaces with high density peptide microarrays and in addition we had some publications with the HIPS (Helmholtz Institute for Pharmaceutical Research in pathway engineering where we developped for >10 years now a highy in parallel sequence features processing software tool.
I am monitoring your activities not intensively but what comes into my perception is always highly interesting. Please inform me about ongoing activties we might be able to collaborate - Thanks a lot - Hubert
