Dear Muhammad Habiburrahman You might have a look here at RG for a list of APC free and Scopus and/or SCIE/SSCI indexed journals: https://www.researchgate.net/post/Scientific_Journals_with_Open_Access_and_no_APC_free_charges_for_authors Furthermore, you can search the DOAJ database: https://doaj.org click on (13507) journals without APC. Then you can refine your search. Unfortunately, you must check manually whether the journal is not only without APC but also indexed in Scopus.
Tip: select publishers and for example SpringerOpen has numerous journals that are Scopus indexed.
