In clinical practice, in case in which amniotic fluid have meconium, secretions are aspirate after birth. It is of the few cases in which continuous sucking secretions in newborn.

Everything's not so simple. I mean that electronic fetal monitoring has lacked prediction of aspiration. The last one is an enigma of perinatology.
