You could bring directly to the attention of other researchers who are actively publishing in your article's topic area (especially those you have cited in your article) your article. That is, send them an email stating you have published an article in their topic area and include the full reference (which enables them to quickly look up your full article, usually). Oftentimes more established researchers have a tendency to not upgrade in a timely and thorough manner their literature review for their topic, so they appreciate this information AND you increase the possibility of your article being cited by them in their future scholarship.
By:
1-Doing more publication & mainly review papers and cite your previous research
2-publish regional and global research away from local
3-cite others to cite you
4-citations should concentrate on your previous researches with citation # similar or close to your h index
5-join other researchers to do joint research and remind them to cite it
remember:don’t cite non relevant ones just to increase citation.
