Your question is very interesting, good luck with your search, also I advice you to read the book "Strategy synthesis Resolving Strategy Paradoxes To Create Competitive Advantage" by Ron Meyer and Bob De Witt. It is not about individual level, but some of listed there paradoxes may be reinterpreted from strategy to indidvidual level, because most of them are similar to most known philosophical paradoxes. Hope it will be useful for you!
