I am just curious (and try to learn myself). We all know that the genome make up in the plant stem cells and root cells should be the same. The differences are the gene expression profiles. Some specific genes express in root cells and some specific genes express in stem cells. I am wondering that will the 'stem' cells and 'root' cells from tissue suspension culture (cells of one bottle derived from plant stem cells and cells of another bottle derived from plant root cells) be different? Will their gene expression profiles are still different after so many passages of suspension tissue culture [like the link you provided above]? I know the medium for the two can be (a little bit) different, and can induce some different gene expression profile. What are the differences of those root- and stem- suspension tissue culture you are looking for?

There are other Arabidopsis cell lines available for research purposes. Here are a few examples:
