The Italian Radiology Society has posted limited clinical information on their website. I don't think it's the size you're looking for, but it's a start. (Also FYI, it's in Italian).
You can have access to any kind of dataset through Google's dataset search engine. It has got a compilation of more than 25 million datasets. I think you'll find your required dataset as well.
John Hopkins university is maintaining the COVID-19 data set which they are also using in this Dashboard ( https://www.arcgis.com/apps/opsdashboard/index.html#/bda7594740fd40299423467b48e9ecf6 ).
The data set is open source and updated every day with new number of cases along with latitude and longitude information.
They also have time series ready for you just in case if you are interested in time series analysis (it saves lot of time and you don't need to download all daily reports to prepare time series).

Amit Tyagi Mariusz Pawlik they are not about patients clinical data but only statistical daily report. However the dataset from sirm.org seems the best solution right now. Thanks a lot.
Riccardo La Grassa Yeah, sorry, should have been more precise. this one (https://www.kaggle.com/sudalairajkumar/novel-corona-virus-2019-dataset) has some data on particulars, although not too much.
Mariusz Pawlik yes. The last link is more interesting because uses images from sirm.org and radiopedia.org. I appreciate this information so much. Thanks!

Dear all; thank you for shares. If you're able to get alternative datasets as well as data science applications, please refer to our current urgent CFC of the Data Science for COVID-19 Book Project: https://easychair.org/cfp/DS-COVID-19-2020
In many cases, these data are not exposed to public due to policy reasons. I think respective department better to expose to AI community for finding pattern which may help doctors to narrow down the medicine.
Bhavya Sathianandan in the paper i've posted here, we have published all information + code, there is also a gitlab link inside the paper. However there are a lot useful information here posted by all people who responded.
, many useful information given from others are related to statistical metrics or location of Covid-19. I published a pre-print on Arxiv where we extract deep features learned from images of Covid-19, pneumonia and so on. In this discussion you can find the link of that paper or if you prefer continue your research inside the big data center such as NCBI and related.
May I know is there any dataset includes 'fever, travel history, sore throat, contact history, etc. ? We are doing research on the diagnosis system of COVID-19 using supervised learning.
A coronavirus dataset with 90 countries constructed from different reliable sources, where each row represents a country, and the columns represent geographic, climate, healthcare, economic, and demographic factors that may contribute to accelerate/slow the spread of the COVID-19.
The dataset is updated every month with the latest numbers of COVID-19 cases, deaths, tests. The last update was on August 18, 2020.
Guys I'm also looking for clinical data on covid 19 to develop and train a machine learning model for diagnosis so help me in that.
And if you guys are also looking for same then come together and we'll create a online survey for patients and other people who are sick during this time to get all negative and positive cases with all the features of our choice
Guys i have created one google survey form to get the symptoms people faced/facing weather they are infected or not to get the data please share this survey so that we can collect the data and we all will get benifits of that to create machine learning model or for further research
Thankyou @Benllarch Mariam I have created the survey form and just waiting for people to take this survey until now i have only 2 response please share this survey form and when i will get lots of data i will share with all of you and that's what everyone wanted a dataset with clinical data
