Please help me to find as much different solutions being available in research as well as in industrial practice or the open source community. I already found several good things from research area but i have to try to be as complete as possible.
There are many language used to model data warehouse systems, such as Goal Requirement Language (GRL), i* profile and you can also take an idea about our MDA driven methodology. a first work identifies how the decisions makers could express their strategic needs or goals and how the latter could be transformed into multidimensional schema to construct the system to be:
"Cim for Data Warehouse Requirements Using an UML Profile, IET Software 11(4):1-14 · March 2017".
Another work explains how to transform the MD schema Into Olap cube using the MDA OIM metamodel:
"The automatic creation of OLAP cube using an MDA approach, Software Practice and Experience 47(12):1-17 · May 2017".
