I think that this platform is only open for results of Horizon2020 projects.
This kind of platforms are needed for other type of research, specially in social sciences, where now in some journals are asking charges very high, or they are only promoting some types of aprroach. Research is not a competition or a market, and now is like a space open only for a few.
Transparency is needed because some journal operate in with a very selected and close panel of researchers "friends", closin the space for others.
As I could understand, Open Research Europe is only for research stemming from Horizon 2020 funding across all subject areas.
it is explicitely stated there: At least one author must be involved in a running or finished Horizon 2020 project from the European Commission and the article must be a result of that project.
