I just checked the dataset for our recent meta-analysis on differences in psychopathology among sexually assaulted vs unassaulted adult populations (Dworkin, Menon, Bystrynski, & Allen, 2017). In case this is helpful to assure that you're not missing anything, after an exhaustive search, we only found one published work reporting on acute stress disorder that met our criteria (Kaltman, Krupnick, Stockton, Hooper, & Green, 2005). We were sent an unpublished dataset from a longitudinal study that assessed PTSD prospectively that included estimates of the number of people who met PTSD criteria minus the one-month duration criterion. I am unsure whether they have additional data on the ASD dissociation symptoms. Although I'm not able to share the unpublished dataset, if this would be helpful, I'd be happy to help you connect with the researchers who conducted that study if you want to contact me backchannel.
