I will admit that I am not familiar with this concept, but I've done some looking to see what I can find.

Computype (www.computype.com/pre-barcoded-labware/): This company uses barcodes or RFID to track labware. Doesn't offer petri dishes specifically, but they may be worth a call.

Unfortunately, as you've mentioned, this does not seem to be a common service, so my best guess would be to see if you can call around to lab suppliers that accept custom orders. Some lab suppliers also work in industry solutions (I know Thermo Fisher does), so if you contact them, they may be able to help you or find the right people for you.

Believe it or not I think you might have the best luck finding something on alibaba.com. I searched around and besides for what Reese Lofgren found there are companies that manufacture the actual plasticware who might be able to provide your service. By searching "custom petri dish sterile" on alibaba you find some that say they offer customizable logos which might be able to work with your needs, for example https://www.alibaba.com/product-detail/Factory-custom-35mm-60mm-70mm-90mm_1600827708584.html

This won't work if you want prepoured plates.
