Dear Andres,

In our paper entitled 'Governing product co-development projects: the role of minimal structures' we describe a product co-development project in which the co-operating parties follow a model, called risk-reward model, that has been developed by the regional development agency. The aim of this model is to increase the added-value of local hi-tech electronics, mechatronics and software companies by becoming co-developer instead of subcontractor of specific tasks. This model has strengthened the the competiveness of the companies located in the region, which is now known as a high-tech innovative region. I think this paper, which you can find on my Research Gate  account, is useful for your research.
