Thank you for your reply.

The pipe is metal with the internal diameter of 200 mm. Flow rate of 10 to 20 l/s with a maximum pressure of between 0.2 to 0.5 bar is anticipated.

No idea for the bubble sizes. They are produced due to votices formed at the pump inlet.
