Do you know a technique or a company which provides sequencing of several hundreds reads ?

I'm looking for sequencing services between one tube sanger sequencing and Next Generation Sequencing.

I need several hundreds reads to analyze a library of DNA, I can't manage it tube by tube, but NGS is too much powerfull I don't need millions of reads.

Any idea ?

You can design primers with tagged forward and reverse primers. Which will help you from multiplexing issues.
