I need to show the effects of different doping levels on STM images made in air. MoS2 is an example of a semiconductor that may be used for Scanning Tunneling Microscopy in air--you prepare it with "scotch-tape cleaving" as you would with HOPG (My thanks to an earlier answer defining this procedure).

Are any of you aware of other semiconductors that may be used easily for STM in air?

Are you aware of any semiconductors that are used easily for STM in air that may be purchased having different dopant levels?

I would be grateful for any help on this topic.

If one of you could prepare such samples I would also be very interested.
