For years I have used a small Excel file to keep records of expenses in rows and columns and it is typically no larger than 50 kB at the end of the year. This year, with no changes in hardware or software, it is growing by about 50 kB each time I make an entry and save the file. At this point I am up to 1,000 kB. Do you have any suggestions as to what may cause this problem?
