Thank you very much for your reply. I am aware of the scimago list, but that is a list of CV journals. My question was more specific because in general, it is hard to publish a case report. In addition, some journals do not include this option as part of the scope of the journal, even, some journals do not accept case report submissions. What I meant to ask in my question is if you know a journal you have experinced/published submission of a case report in cardio.

Indian heart journal meets all your criteria (though may be light on impact), and I have friends who have published multiple times in this journal .

Dear all, May I know is there any suitable Jounal for Case report with literature review? Apparently BMJ Heart used to accept Case report in the past but not anymore currently. All the input are highly appreciated.
