Dear Shaima, Thank you very much for your response. I would like to detect Bacteroidetes phylum (e.g. genera such as Bacteroides, Parabacteroides, Prevotella, Porphyromonas, Flectobacillus) because majority of the Bacteroidetes phylum produce sphingolipids.
