I am a bachelor's degree student in chemistry and I am doing my best to study for a master's degree in another country.If you have also received scholarships in other countries or know someone who has experience, please share this experience with me and others.
Please guide me in a few cases
First: For an undergraduate student in chemistry, other than his or her grade point average, grade in class and english skills, what else is important in his or her resume? Collaborating on a project, working in a lab?

it really depends where you want to go, and on your level and motivation.
Really, the first criterion remains your grades / GPA, combined to the adequacy of your profile / background with the content of the master you are applying for.
Your language level (in your application) is of paramount importance too: you must express yourself clearly and well in the application file and letters. If your evaluator struggles to understand your sentences, then your chances go down drastically.
Usually, recommendation letters are important as well, for them to be noticed and play their part, they must be personalized letters, detailed enough so that the evaluator sees that the teacher who wrote it knows you well and is really willing to help you get admitted.
I cannot speak for other countries, but if you want to go to Europe, you can apply to Erasmus Mundus Master courses. Most of them are taught in English, and the country does not matter (the grants are provided by the EU). If you apply to one and get a grant you'll have the chance to study in 2 countries or more, and study with a bunch of international students same as you, so it's a very enriching experience.

Its great that you have a good determination and enthusiasm for higher studies in Chemistry. I did my PhD in Chemistry in the United States of America 🇺🇸 and I received a full scholarship plus a stipend close to $ 2k per month. To get something like that, you need to have a good GPA or grades in all subjects, better TOEFL and GRE scores. Also, recommendations are very important.
Since the Chemistry is a practical and research based subject, having a standard research project is a plus. I always have my students to have a conference paper at least as an undergraduate work so it immensely help them to land a good University with a good scholarship.
I highly recommend to seek USA as there are plenty of universities which offer MS and PhD in Chemistry
