I would like to source rubrics that you use for an assessment portfolio, which evaluates a student-teacher's ability to meet set learning outcomes. I'll be very grateful if you can share what you have for helping to refine one.

It is a continuous event, the teacher is supposed to devise the assessment method within the broader frame work devised by the department.
