Hi fellow researchers in cognitive lingustics. I am currently finishing my book on the teaching of phrasal verbs from an Applied Cognitive Construction Grammar framework. In order to reach the widest audience possible, I would like to translate the book's one-page preface into several languages, starting with Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese) and Russian. Applied Cognitive Construction Grammar (ACCxG) describes an approach to pedagogical grammar that stresses the pivotal role of speaker-meaning rather than the definition of an exhaustive inventory of constructions available to speakers in the linguistic system.

前言
本书着眼于二语/外语习得语境下的动词短语的教学与学习。根据一般定义，在二语习得和外语习得过程中，学习者通过正规课堂教学和语言沉浸，暴露在目的语中的程度不同。尽管如此，在本书倡导的观念之下，只要构式的本质得到明确定义，二语习得者和外语习得者就可以获得类似程度的目的语输入。鉴于此，若想创造一种通过诱导及显性教学来塑造范畴构式的语言输入，必须从认识出发，需要颠覆对思维、认知，以及人类对物质世界的基本认识。例如，本人主张思维并不仅仅涉及大脑，而是一种涉及主体体验及选择的动态体系，这一动态体系同时通过说话者的语义反映在语言学系统中。这一理论创新旨在将应用构式语法（ACCxG）与心理学、认知科学、哲学、符号学、语言学、第二语言习得理论等领域联系起来。显然，程序化并非本书的目的，相反，本书致力于提供一种系统性方法来介绍教学语法中对语言的认知描写。
本书分为三大部分。前两部分分别奠定了本书的理论基础和实验基础。第三部分由126个动词短语任务组成，为外语教师、第二语言学习者和语言学及应用语言学研究者提供了教学语法的语境中动词短语学习相关的构式输入。在这一意义上，本书既面向语言学的理论研究者也面向实践者——但凡是对构式语法及其在语言教学法中的应用有兴趣的人，皆是本书的受众。除此之外，关于构式语法理论针对动词短语学习的优点，本书也希望可以提供一些研究资源。需要强调的是，不同于其他基于使用的方法，本书的这种思路把动词短语看成论元结构构式的例子。我们将看到，在课堂教学中，这种处理方式为把握相关构式提供了一种系统性更强的手段。
我由衷地希望，本书可以帮助不同背景的读者认识到语言是一种超越语言学编码的认知经验。
