Researchers may not pay attention to journal ranking, particularly with their earliest publications. Some authors may be satisfied with the fact that the journal belongs to a well-known publisher even if it has no impact factor. They may justify this attitude by the fact that the impact factor could emerge anytime and is continuously changing overtime. What are your experiences with your earliest publishing trials? Do you feel that you should publish in high-rank journals or not publish at all? Personally, I have come across a huge amount of high-quality literature being published in non-indexed or non-ranked journals.
