Hi everyone, I am having a problem staining Evans Blue in the setting of regional myocardial ischemia ex-vivo. Each time, I did perfuse Evans Blue, it leaks into the ischemia zone. Unable to detect the problem. But I suspect the vessel perforation. Any suggestion to recommend?
