Most of the people say that English is Scientific Language. I don't know what is the parameter for tagging "Scientific". Who prescribed these parameters? What are they? I would like to know, are those parameters not applicable to any other language in the world.
Well, many of the major discoveries have been publised in English. In addition, the industrial revolution and the computer revolution have been defined by the anglo saxon world. As a result, English words and terminology have often become standard and English has spread around the globe and has become the second language in most industrialized societies. But there is nothing inherently special about English that makes it any better than french, hindi, chinese, norwegian or any other language. Apart from the advantages it has accumulated through political, economic and military supremacy.

Scientific language is far from plausible , and proper conceptualization of such a phenomenon seems absolutely difficult , in typological linguistics dealing with classification of languages , I have not come across such a concept.
