Thanks for your response. You probably have some very good data on clinically relevant genes associated with depression since you have the genome-wide expression data. It would take a little effort (a few days) to identify all the E3 ubiquitin ligases and the E2 ubiquitin conjugases in your data, but it might make an interesting story. I assume you haven't made public the expression data but I would like to see it when it is published or made available as a database.
