I've been wondering about this COVID-19, and have a question which the doctors can help me with. I read somewhere that doctors have known about the existence of coronaviruses since the 1960s. In that case, this latest strain of the coronavirus would, despite having certain properties that we have no defences against, be related to those earlier strains. Would it possess some properties that we definitely do have defences against? Could this explain why 80% of those infected are either asymptomatic or do not get very sick at all?
As far as I understand, innate immunity (not antibody dependent) plays an important role, both in the ability of the innate immune system to fight the infection in asymptomatic individual, and in the ability of the virus to suppress

I think Convalescent plasma and synthetic antibody can help as is true in other viral diseases.
I was wondering, the N protein of the virus is known to have a lot of similarities with other strains of coronavirus, is it possible that a portion of individuals already have memory against this protein and is what is helping them to not get too sick?, meaning, is it possible that this memory help adaptive immunity react to the S protein (more distictive) and resolve the infection faster?
I was curious related to this specific question.

1, strong immunity 2) No other medical diseases (who are already suffering from various other health problems are on high risk) 3)they are not taking any other medicine (people who takes ACE inhibitors in case of blood pressure) 4) Age factors, they are under 40 (those people have more chances of deaths, who are over 40).

And FDA has been approved a drug Ivermectin for this infection treatment.
