Hello Gopikrishna, I'm not sure I completely understand your question. By "reflections" do you mean glare from bright lights, or are you simply referring to the fact that light is reflected from surfaces it contacts? Nighttime lighting can be glaring or uncomfortable. Vehicle headlights are a big part of this problem, because headlights project nearly parallel to the road and nearly directly incident onto oncoming drivers' eyes. One technology that helps reduce headlight glare, while maintaining good forward visibility, is called adaptive driving beam (ADB) headlights. We have studied ADB headlights and found that they assist drivers in seeing pedestrians and hazards well, while producing limited glare to other drivers. Basically they provide high levels of illumination, but in combination with cameras and image processing, reduce intensities when oncoming headlights or preceding tail lights are detected, but only in the vicinity of those lights - everywhere else still receives high levels of illumination.
